You're a movement genius. You know more than physical therapists, chiropractors and experts combined. Not kidding. I feel so good after just doing a few of your moves
As someone who has been to many PT's over the years and done many workout videos trying to get relief, I agree with you @thelastgeneration1962. This video is just the best and helps me soooo much. Pure genius!
I have been struggling with lower back pain for a couple of months now. Tried several routines on socials but didn't do much (most of them are the same). Finally came across your YT channel and tried a couple of your routines. My goodness they worked great, they are not like the others and they are the only ones that are effectively giving me relief.
@@julia.reppel yeah I'm so happy to have discovered your YT channel. It's so well done, also the whole production looks very good and professional. I'm following you already on Instagram which reels I like for being quite motivational. But I didn't know your YT channel was this good. Keep it up 🤙

My hips had been feeling super tight since learning to crochet (too much sitting while learning this new hobby). Man, after each exercise, my hips felt looser and freer. By the end, I felt so good, I went for a walk. Subscribed and liked, and I found you on TikTok, so I'll follow you there too. Thank you!
I've had hip tightness for years with on and off sciatic pinching. One time using this video and I can tell I need this in my life. Thisnis going to be a staple for me thank you
Thank you Emily 😍 Always trying to find ways to make these better - the newer ones have a ton of modifications included as well as lil‘ beeps for tips & changes of direction etc. ☺️
I dont subscribe to a lot of people but your quick routine just hit different! Looking forward to coming across more content thank you my hips feel great 😁
Am I the only one that starts the exercise in one end of the room and ends up at the other side? How does she manages to stay still in the same spot?! Anyway, I am so proud of myself for persevering and doing most of it to a satisfactory standard.🎉 I am feeling great🎉🎉❤
Half through my chest workout today I had to stop because my Hips were so tight. They were bothering me before starting my workout, but the it started to flare up when bench pressing. I decided to end my chest workout early and do some hip mobility. I feel much better thanks to you!. Subscribed.
I recently started weight training, but due to sitting at a desk for years, I could not properly perform a squat. My hips were just too tight. I've been using this video every other day for about 3 weeks now, and I've had tremendous improvement! I can squat down without pain, and I don't feel like I'm going to fall on my face. I do this video every other day, and on the other days I do a 15 minute hamstring video she has posted, and I feel like a whole new person! And I'm not afraid of my squats anymore!
She has it he most interesting tweeks to many “traditional “ positions. I had gotten bored bc most. The YT channels basically all do the same exact stretches. She adds things to each stretch. I’m at the beginning point with her vids, so I’m literally failing halfway thru lol. She definitely is the next level.
including hip mobility into routine should help you with that yes :) that being said I don’t know your injury history etc. so cannot give specific recommendations 🙏🏼
It's hard to believe but I've been doing your routines daily (mobility flows and CARs) for about a week, and the pain in my left hip joint, which was bothering me for almost a month now, is almost gone (not completely, but it's a great start). I guess too much work with weights needs to be balanced with exercises like this before it leads to pain in joints. Thanks a lot! I wish I found your channel earlier.
Hey there 👋🏼 Welcome! There‘s a bunch of slow mobility routines on the channel and in more recent videos I provide modifications for more difficult exercises ☺️. Hope this helps!
I kove your videos! Its impossible for me to be on my knees like you in the second movement of the video. You do that move in a couple of your videos and I'm wondering what a modifiction might be ? Thanks.
hey julia, this video helped me a lot, it gave me pleasure.💝 After this video,i also do a few exercises with my weights. Should i remake this video later or is it just stretches??
heyyy 👋🏼 I’m not sure exactly what you mean - but if you fancy a cool down after your workout then try my cool down video :) Other than that I always recommend doing your mobility work (10-15 mins max) before your workout - in order to use the range of motion ☺️
Yoo I have been doing full body ones recently thank you a lot helping form a lot of mind body connection I appreciate it- I find my glutes have trouble activating from an anterior pelvic tilt, from your knowledge do you think this will help me loosen up and be able to engage muscles easier and properly?
I always make sure to pay attention to hip placement- say more of a posterior pelvic tilt in exercises where I stand up, handstand stuff & core exercises. That helps immensely feeling the glutes more. Or even specific exercises like hip thrust variations (like single leg hip bridge holds). Hope that helps 😊
How long would you suggest I do the beginner video before moving on to the next? Also with the deep squat what is I cant go down that low without holding onto something.
That fully depends on how comfortable and confident you feel with your mobility 🤗 It’s trial and error really. Also big thing: the lines between beginner and intermediate/advanced are blurry and depend on the individual- we all have different prerequisites like limb length or how our joints are shaped. So some exercises might be easier for you to do, some might be harder. For the squats: elevate your heels with a towel, book or similar 😊
you should not be feeling it in your knees necessarily:) we want our knee joints nice and stable - not mobile. Make sure to avoid painful exercises - check the newer vids for more modifications 🙏🏼
Nice routine, Thanx a lot. But one thing: it's not quite absolute beginner level. I'm into hip mobility for about half a year now, and I need to do a lot of routines before I am able to do this. (42 y.o stiff bloke)
I see your point! With newer vids I give modifications where possible. ☺️ I recommend you check out the beginner-hip mobility routine I posted as part of the OER challenge in January 👋🏼
